Okay fellow Bariatric patients, let’s get controversial in today’s recipe. Let’s say “Yes” to sweets (well sweet-tasting, that is!)
I think we’ve all heard someone say “If you get hungry, eat an apple.” But we all know- an apple just isn’t the same as a strawberry cheesecake or a scoop of delicious vanilla ice cream.
Here at WLS Afterlife, we embrace eating well-proportioned and balanced sweets after weight loss surgery instead of cutting them out completely! I think we all agree that bariatric surgery is about the freedom in transformation, and you should have the freedom to eat what your body (and taste buds) desire.
This Strawberry Cream Cheese Balls recipe is simple- only 2 ingredients- and a sugar free, bariatric friendly, weight loss dessert recipe. Scroll down for the full recipe and PDF download ⬇️
Did we mention- this recipe is also Keto friendly (sugar free, and very low carb).
We use Simply Delish Jel Dessert Packets in this recipe- we love them because they are plant based and sugar free. You can use these dessert packets in so much more than cream cheese balls! We’ve made a Creamsicle bariatric friendly dessert with the orange flavor and a weight loss Banana Nut Muffin with the banana pudding mix.
