We really don’t care if you call them kabobs, kebabs or even chicken skewers, they are an absolute Summertime staple! They are easy, full of flavor, low carb, and on your bariatric diet.

Some of the best recipes are the easiest. That statement reigns true with these chicken kabobs (kebabs). Cut up your ingredients, thread them on the skewers, and throw them in the air fryer or on the grill (for even MORE taste)- and done!
This bariatric recipe is Keto friendly, bariatric friendly, and low carb. After all, it’s just chicken and vegetables on a skewer, how much healthier can you get?! We did these in our air fryer, but they are just as good on the grill or even in a skillet.

Bariatric Chicken Kabob Recipe | Weight Loss Friendly




This is the air fryer we used for this recipe ➡️
Ingredients
16 oz skinless chicken breasts
2-3 medium bell peppers (any 2-3 colors)
1 sliced zucchini
½ red onion sliced
Marinade
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Adobo all purpose seasoning (or any other brand of choice)
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Directions
1. Combine marinade ingredients in a small bowl and mix
2. Cut chicken breasts into 1” cubes and place in a large bowl
3. Pour marinade over chicken and stir until marinade evenly coats the chicken
4. (Optional) Put chicken in fridge to soak in marinade for 2 hours or overnight
5. Cut bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into slices
6. Thread ingredients onto skewers
7. Air fry at 350° for 15 minutes
8. Serve & Enjoy!
