Some of the best recipes are the easiest. That statement reigns true with these chicken kabobs (kebabs). Cut up your ingredients, thread them on the skewers, and throw them in the air fryer or on the grill (for even MORE taste)- and done!

This bariatric recipe is Keto friendly, bariatric friendly, and low carb. After all, it’s just chicken and vegetables on a skewer, how much healthier can you get?! We did these in our air fryer, but they are just as good on the grill or even in a skillet.

Our favorite way to cook these skewers is in the air fryer (easier and less prep), but they are AMAZING BBQ’ed on the grill. Scroll down for the full recipe and PDF download ⬇️
