Tuna Casserole Recipe


1 can Safe Catch Tuna

2 T light Mayo (use Avocado mayo for Keto diet)

1 T Dijon Mustard

1/4 cup shredded Gruyere Cheese

1/8 cup diced red Onion

Salt and Pepper to taste

Cayenne Pepper to taste

1/8 cup chopped Parsley (opt* used for garnish)


1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. Fill bottom of egg bite maker with 1 small cup of water (enough to cover the bottom)

3. Mix together Tuna, Mayo, Mustard, ¼ cup Cheese, Onion, Salt, Pepper, & Cayenne in a bowl.

4. Transfer mixture to a small, 1 quart casserole dish. (Bread loaf pans works too)

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.

6. Bake until hot, about 15 minutes.

7. Sprinkle with Parsley and serve immediately.
