Eat them on: pool days, graduation parties, as a road tripping snack, or on work from home days where the kids won’t settle down, etc. The possibilities are endless! This is a weight loss recipe anyone will love, not only your post-op friends.

We used our kids to test out this recipe… and it was an absolute HIT! Rosalee and Dallas make a cameo in our social media posts- their smiles while making these kabobs are enough to make your heart melt!

Your Prep time is 5-15 minutes depending on how many kabobs you want to make. Super fast and simple. What more can you ask for in a recipe?

Keep in mind- this is a treat. We highly recommend you get your protein for the day before trying this recipe (it’s not a meal). Soft fruit can be eaten in the pureed phase and soft food phase, but be aware of your body and listen to it! This recipe is best for people who are on a bariatric diet, but have passed the puree and soft food phase.

Be conscious of your sugar intake! In other words, watch your portions and don’t eat too much of this! Eating too much sugars (although these are natural sugars) can cause “dumping syndrome” which is a very unpleasant experience.
