OK, We know that just about everyone knows how to make scrambled eggs. This recipe is more to focus on how much of the cottage cheese to add to our scrambled eggs. It also will vary depending on how far you are out from surgery. We focused on just 1 egg and a small amount of cottage cheese. You can always add more, depending on the portion sizes that have been given as a guideline by your surgeon.
We chose to season with one of our favorite seasonings, Everything Bagel Seasoning. Not that we need a big excuse to run into a Trader Joe’s, but this this seasoning alone is worth the trip. Or you can find it on Amazon.

It is also possible to get more protein into this recipe by adding a flavorless protein powder. Just make sure that you add some type of milk or even a little more of the cottage cheese to make sure that the extra protein mixes well into your scrambled eggs with cottage cheese.
