Don’t get bored with you bariatric breakfast recipes! With just a few easy swaps, you can have a new tasty new bariatric oatmeal recipe! You know we love adding protein powders to our recipes to help get you closer to your daily protein goals. With this recipe, we used our vanilly flavored protein powder and an ingredient that you may have seen with our flavored yogurt recipes. We found a banana nut flavored plant-based creamer by Mooala. We decided to try it in another recipe and we think it turned out great.
Some of us can’t eat breakfast first thing in the morning, so you can either whip it up at home or pack up the ingredients and throw it in the microwave at the office. That’s another perk for our microwave bariatric recipes, and our recipes with less than a handful of ingredients.

There are a few different ways you can heat these ingredients. Some protein powders need to mixed in either cold or warm fluids to mix well. So, since you know that this will be heated, make sure you adjust your mixing and heating based on how your protein powder mixes the best.
