Rosemary Garlic Turkey | Weight Loss Surgery Recipe, what to do with leftover turkey

Rosemary Garlic Turkey ingredients

Rosemary Garlic Turkey | Bariatric Surgery Recipe

Ingredients

2 lbs of cooked turkey
6 tsp minced garlic
4 Tbsp rosemary, finely chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Total Nutrition (entire recipe):

  • Calories: ~1240 kcal
  • Protein: ~172g
  • Carbs: ~9g
  • Fat: ~48g


Directions:

In a medium bowl, add in minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, pepper and salt and mix
together until thoroughly combined.
Press in each side of turkey into the mixture, making sure the turkey is evenly coated on
each side.
Layer in each piece of turkey into a greased oven safe dish.
Bake at 350° covered for 15 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
