It’s officially the holiday season, and Thanksgiving is coming up very soon!

Pumpkin spice latte, pumpkin pie, pumpkin bread; all the best pumpkin flavored dishes that are available around thanksgiving are filled with sugar- and not quite fit for the bariatric diet.

We want you, our bariatric friends, to be able to enjoy these delicious seasonal flavors, while sticking to the weight loss surgery journey, so we’re equipping you with delicious and BARIATRIC FRIENDLY holiday recipes…
Starting with this amazing Pumpkin Spice Mousse bariatric recipe. 🎃🥄

This pumpkin spice mousse is the perfect bariatric dessert recipe. It fits the puree phase after weight loss surgery, but is so delicious and light, you’ll want to eat this even after the puree stage! Our non-bariatric friends love this recipe as well.

We’ve found that using resources like Amazon make it easy to find products that can make our recipes a little more fun! We found these popsicle molds and used the leftover mousse from this recipe to create pumpkin spice popsicles. Give it a try if you have some extra mousse mixture!
