Harvest Puree, a tasty bariatric recipe!

A fall inspired harvest puree recipe

Our fall-inspired Harvest Puree is a combination of squash, apples, corn, and sage. Unlike any puree you’ve had, our Harvest Puree is loaded with vitamins and is so good we dare you to only take one bite. We know the pureed phase after weight loss surgery can be full of sweet tasting recipes, this is more on the savory end and will be a tasty distraction from the sweet flavors of many puree recipes.

If in the near future you plan on entering the puree phase or returning to it, don’t settle for just any puree recipe. What makes our Harvest Puree unique is that it’s best served warm, which is perfect for those chilly days. In your first bite, your taste buds will be heightened by the sage which helps balance the flavor from sweet to savory.

Bundle up next to your fireplace and put on your favorite holiday movie and warm up to this puree. Although, it’s a great recipe, even when it’s warm outside! Since it’s served warm, we do advise that you carefully transport your ingredients from your pot to your blender because it will be very hot.
