Time for another Puree Recipe! We know that in this phase of your bariatric journey, you may be eating a LOT of cottage cheese, because it’s filling, and OK’ed (by most doctors) to eat during this phase.
Getting tired of the same chunky texture of cottage cheese, or want to add some sweetness back into your post-surgery diet?
This recipe makes for a delicious whipped puree with the natural sweetness of strawberries and almond butter.
We understand the idea of eating what seems like baby food, might not be the most appealing idea to us adults. Here at WLS Afterlife, we provide recipes for YOU, so we can help make the phases of eating after bariatric surgery that much easier.💛 Scroll down for the full recipe and PDF download ⬇️

We use the NutriBullet in this Recipe. We love this high-powered bullet blender because it’s so fast! It also has different sizes & attachments, so you don’t have to dirty a huge cup when you’re making a small portion just for yourself. If you’re interested, take a look on Amazon! The purchase is totally worth it.
