Ingredients for Tex Mex Egg Scramble Bariatric Recipe
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 Tbsp chopped red pepper
1 Tbsp black beans
1⁄2 small avocado
1 Tbsp low-fat mexican blend shredded cheese
Spray your skillet with non-stick spray and warm the pan on medium high heat.
Add in your egg, red pepper and black beans and scramble.
Once your scramble is cooked and mixed together thoroughly, remove from
the skillet and add to a plate, topping it with cheese.
Garnish with sliced avocados and enjoy!
