Munchy Crunchy Breakfast 3 Ways

Ready to reinvent snack time? We partnered with Munchy Crunchy to provide you with 3 tasty ways to enjoy their line of plant-based protein snacks! Each palatable pack provides you with 16 grams of protein for just 170 calories! Plus, it’s nut free, gluten free, and with only 4 net carbs, you can stay well within the confines of your keto or low carb diets! While you can definitely enjoy any of their four flavors by themselves (and want to lick your fingers afterwards!), we’re here to show you three quick and easy ways to spice up your breakfast or enjoy a sweet-yet-healthy treat!

First up: Munchy Crunchy Salted Caramel Apple

Think of this combination as a slightly sweeter ants on a log! Rather than raisins and celery, we grabbed a nice and crisp Granny Smith Apple to smear some no-sugar added almond butter and finished with a sprinkle of the Salted Caramel flavored Munchy Crunchy! The subtle sweetness of the Munchy Crunchy paired with the welcome sour of the Granny Smith came together for a perfectly balanced sweet and sour lip-smacking snack! Perfect to start your morning or an essential for an evening indulgence, you’ll want to keep these ingredients on hand for whenever your cravings strike!

Next: Chillin’ Chipotle Munchy Crunchy Bagel

If you’re more in the mood for something savory instead of sweet, try out this Munchy Crunchy/bagel combination! This Tex-Mex inspired bagel bite saved us carbs and calories from your traditional full-sized bagel. Definitely grab the bagel thin alternatives for the days when you’re craving bread but don’t want the extra carbs! We purchased freshly made guacamole from our local supermarket, but feel free to make a homemade alternative for more control on the spice and salt levels! After a nice layer of the guacamole on top of the toasted bagel slice, we added the piece de resistance – the Chillin’ Chipotle Munchy Crunchy! Everything paired together well enough for us to compare it to a healthier version of your fave guac and chip appetizer!

Last but not least: Quick and Easy Rockin’ Ranch Scramble!

Added protein, welcome crunch, and zesty ranch join forces in this delicious morning meal! What’s easier than scrambling eggs? Not much! Be sure to measure out the olive oil or butter you use when scrambling your eggs – you’d be surprised to find out how many calories that alone can add to your dish! Once you’ve cooked the eggs to their pillowy golden goodness, top it off with the Rockin’ Ranch Munchy Crunchy and some freshly chopped chives for a meal that’s as appealing to the eyes as it is to your tummy! Our spice-lovers might’ve sprinkled a few dabs of their favorite hot sauce over the top, and why not? It’s low calorie!

How will you enjoy your Munchy Crunchy?
