We combined Nush Pancake mix and Simply Delish Banana Pudding mix. Nush Pancake mix is low-carb, gluten-free and keto-friendly. Simply Delish Banana Pudding mix is sugar and gluten free, as well as low calorie. Even when it comes to treating yourself to a snack, you should always select your ingredients carefully, otherwise you could be at risk of dumping syndrome.

Banana Nut Muffins Ingredients
1/2 C Nush Pancake Mix (you can buy Nush here https://bit.ly/3sMp5l4)
1 Box Simply Delish Banana Pudding Mix (you can buy Simply Delish here https://bit.ly/3sMp5l4)
1 Egg
1T Coconut Oil
1/2 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
1/4 C Chopped Walnuts
Directions
1. Add all ingredients expect walnut to bowl and mix well
2. Fold in the walnuts
3. Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray
4. Fill each cup 2/3 with mixture
5. Bake at 350° for 13 minutes
